METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can pay your levies before book sales days via BPay, the details will be on the invoice. Please bring with you a copy of your receipt. If this is not an option, then levies can be paid on book sales day by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
A repayment schedule can be negotiated in financial hardship circumstances, please see the School Business Manager to arrange this.
STUDENT ASSISTANCE SCHEME (STAS)
The Student Assistant Scheme (STAS) provides assistance for low-income families, towards the cost of school levies. Eligibility is determined by an income test which all applicants must satisfy. If you are applying for STAS for the first time you will need to complete a STAS Application Form and provide documentation. Application forms are available from the school and only one form is required per family. Once completed, you can lodge it at a Nixon Street Primary School office. Please ensure you bring your Health Care Card with you so that a copy may be taken to attach to your application. If you applied for STAS in 2021 and your circumstances have not changed you do not have to complete a new STAS application form. You will receive a letter from the Department of Education confirming your eligibility.
